CrossFit- In our Crossfit classes you will be coached from the beginning to the end of every class. Every workout will be scaled to each athletes fitness and ability level. Our coaches will ensure you are performing the movements safely and proficiently throughout every workout. We are not just time keepers and motivators, we are here to ensure your workout is not easy nor impossible and that you walk out of our doors fitter than when you came in.

SO WHAT EXACTLY IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

KIDS & TEENS
Developing Fit and Confident Kids! Whether your child’s goal is to get moving or improve sports performance we have a number of options for them. Our program is for kids ages 3-18 and brings fun to improving their fitness. They will develop body awareness, strength, and aerobic capacity in an encouraging, playful atmosphere.
Our Teens program brings kids through one on one sessions to learn movements and introduce weights to their program. It differs in degree not kind from our kids and adults programs. Once our teens have graduated our on-boarding program they will be able to attend our Teens class which is held at 5:30 p.m. M-F at our Main location or 5 p.m. M-F at our North location.

As one of Arizona’s Premier Weightlifting Clubs, Blade Method Barbell is for the individual looking to gain power, strength, speed, agility, balance, and flexibility. Our program is tailored for your goals whether you are interested in adding to your CrossFit workouts, competing in a weightlifting competition, working to be better at your sport, or just enjoy the challenge and skills it requires. Kids and Adults ages 8 and up are welcome into our program.

SERIES AND CLINICS
Blade Method Clinics and Series are offered varying in focus, length, and session number. Blade Method Series and Clinics are open to Members and Non-Members of Blade and include but aren’t limited to focuses on various gymnastics skills, rowing, aerobic capacity, nutrition, weightlifting, etc.

We all know that healthy employees are happier and more productive in the workplace. It is also much less expensive to employ people who put fitness and wellness as a priority in their life. Whether your company has a fitness facility onsite or you are looking to have your employees attend our facility we can tailor a program for you.
If you're interested in Corporate Wellness Programs...
Our goal is to increase athletes, strength, power, speed, and agility for sport. We will do this through the use of CrossFit methodology as well as our expert coaching and programming with athletes ages 8-18. Blade Method Summer Athlete Camp will take place for 8 weeks during the summer. Athletes can either sign up for all 8 weeks or join in 2 week blocks. They will have an 8 to 1 Athlete to Coach ratio and are open to kids boys and girls interested in getting better in all sports.
