LET’S DO THIS

So you’re ready to try out a class or two and get to know us (your coaches) our community and what CrossFit is all about, amazing! But before you go full stream ahead we want you to experience our gym and workout 1-on-1 with a coach to get you familiar with CrossFit and how you’ll benefit from it. We’re confident once you meet us and try a workout you’ll see how CrossFit will change your fitness and physique for life. So let’s get started…

1 | CHOOSE A LOCATION

Choose between our Main and North locations, which you'd like to visit for your free intro class. Keep in mind you should pick the location that would be the most convenient for you to attend regular classes when you become a member. 😉 If your not sure where we're located head on over to the locations page before completing the next step.

2 | CHOOSE A DATE/TIME

Click/Tap the tab of the location you'd like to attend and complete the form providing your name and contact information as well as selecting an available date and time to attend your class.

3 | SIGN YOUR WAIVER

Sign and submit the online waiver prior to your scheduled class

WHAT’S NEXT

Congratulations on scheduling your first class! We want you to be successful so below are some important things to know and do before your class.

SHOW UP

Having a little anxiety is expected but don’t let it keep you away. You’ve already done the hardest part signing up. Keep in mind you’ll be among other first timers so you won’t be alone. So mark your calendar and we’ll see you soon.

BE ON TIME

Arrive to class ten minutes early to give yourself enough time to park, make your way inside, slap some high five’s and get ready for class. We want to maximize our time so being ready shortly before your class starts is important.

PREPARATION

Make sure you hydrate 2-3 days BEFORE your class and get plenty of sleep. Wear appropriate clothing and shoes that will be comfortable but support running, jumping and high intensity activity. We love flip flops but leave em at home.

ONE-ON-ONE

HONING SESSIONS

When you join CrossFit Blade you’ll start with three 1-on-1 honing sessions with a coach. They’ll build a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the foundational movements, how to warm-up, properly cool down, and perform mobility.  Once you complete those three one hour sessions you’ll be ready to join class with your new amazing community!
