CrossFit- In our Crossfit classes you will be coached from the beginning to the end of every class. Every workout will be scaled to each athletes fitness and ability level. Our coaches will ensure you are performing the movements safely and proficiently throughout every workout. We are not just time keepers and motivators, we are here to ensure your workout is not easy nor impossible and that you walk out of our doors fitter than when you came in.

Gymnastics Class

In our beginner gymnastics classes we will focus on hollow body/arches, kipping, and handstands while our advanced gymnastics classes will teach muscle ups, butterfly pull-ups, pistols, and handstand walks.

Mobility Class

We will spend an hour mobilizing and teaching you how to stretch, smash, and roll pre-workout for warm-up and post-workout for recovery

Personal Training

Personal Training- For those that don’t feel ready for group class, our personal training sessions are a great way to gain confidence to enter CrossFit classes. Our personal training is offered outside of regular class times and will include CrossFit style training one on one with one of our coaches.

CrossFit Kids/Teens

CrossFit Kids/Teens is a method for teaching Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

CrossFit Kids/Teens is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids. CrossFit Kids/Teens is designed to be minimalist; it is inexpensive and often requires little or no equipment, allowing a wide array of socioeconomic groups an opportunity to be physically fit and physically active throughout their lives.
