CrossFit Blade Coach
I originally tried CrossFit because I was bored with my current fitness routine. I stuck with it when I started seeing results much faster than any other routine I did in the past.
After graduating from Purdue University with a B.S. in Management, I received my Doctorate In Physical Therapy at Midwestern University. Coaching CrossFit allows me to apply my knowledge of human body mechanics and help our community practice good techniques. My goal as a coach is to constantly improve my knowledge of CrossFit and coaching techniques in order to allow for the safest and best experience for our members.
What’s your favorite thing about CrossFit?
I love that CrossFit can be so many different things for so many different people. I love that our gym is a place where everyone is accepted and a place where we can all go to help make ourselves better and healthier people.
