5 strict Pullups (for RX) or 5 seated pull-ups (scaled)

5 Pushups (if doing bar muscle ups)

Mod load Snatch x 5

5 Bar facing Burpees (practice cadence)

6 chest to bar pull-ups (RX), 6 kip swings (for scaled)

rd 3: Mini Round

Wod Load Snatch x 5

3 bar muscle ups (RX), 3-5 kipping pullups (scaled)

3 rounds of:

10 snatches 95lb/65lb

12 bar-facing burpees

Then, rest 3 minutes before continuing with:
